WOMEN'S HEALTH
ANU WOMAN
YOUR BODY IS CHANGING. YOUR HEALTHCARE SHOULD KEEP UP.
Maybe you're exhausted no matter how much you sleep. Your workouts aren't giving you the same results. Your mood is all over the place, your sex drive isn't what it used to be, or you just don't feel like yourself anymore. Whether you're in your 20s, navigating perimenopause, or well into menopause, you deserve to understand what's happening in your body and what you can do about it. At ANU Wellness, we take a deeper look at your hormones, metabolism, and overall health to create a personalized plan built around you.
The ANU WomanÂ
Approach
Your hormones don't operate independently of everything else in your body, and neither should your healthcare.
We look at your hormones, thyroid, metabolic health, nutrition, lifestyle, symptoms, medical history, and stage of life to understand how everything fits together.
Through comprehensive testing and in-depth evaluations, we work to identify areas that may be contributing to how you're feeling and develop a plan that makes sense for you.
Depending on your individual needs, that may include hormone therapy, thyroid management, medical weight management, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle recommendations.
